It was a pleasure to work with Carla, when she sold our house in 2021, so it was a no brainer to have her sell our investment apartment. Carla took care of all the details....getting carpets replaced, arranging painters and having the place cleaned, since we had moved out of town. The one thing that we were disappointed about was that we did not know that the house inspection was not supervised - an expectation gap - and as a result, the inspector ended up completely breaking something crucial in the house which cost us a lot of time, headache, and money. We were definitely not happy with that, but lay more of the blame on the inspector.
Overall, the communication with Carla and her team was prompt and we were satisfied that she had gotten us the best price that the market could command.
